Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your email mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails according to certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the email box account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
